After hard diligent work on myself for six years, I was recently permitted a medication vacation at the age of 61. As the smoke clears, I mention that I have balanced my bi-polar tendencies through self-discipline.
I no longer smoke, live a full active life, and have lost thirty pounds. I attribute my success to regular talk therapy, an independent living over 55+ housing arrangement with social support, and aging out of my problems. If I can do it, so can others!
