Greetings my name is Pamela. I’m a 53 year old woman who has been in the system since I was 15. I was properly diagnosed in 1990. To begin this is a daily reprieve of change and acceptance from within. I still have to keep myself in check and it’s key to stay connected.I’ve found by research and life experiences the seasonal cycles are hard and sneak in as silently as a whisper. I have a super support system, and my husband has educated himself with me that if I don’t catch my behavioral changes he does. I’m honest and this is no joke to play with. We should all help each other by sharing our strengths, hopes and fears. Each day is a new beginning.
