My Success Story

I felt hopeless when suffering from social anxiety and a loss of sense of self and thought I would never get better. A week before I turned 20 I decided I was not going to live like this any longer and allow it consume my whole life. Eight 


months later of trail and error and pain I found my first instance of growth, celebrated, and started to correct my actions. 5 months following that I regained a stable sense of who I am, my talents, my flaws, and everything in between. In two months I am on track of being better than I ever was. 

Only you know what you need to do or what you need to not do.

Feel the pain and acknowledge it. Don’t hurt your self for feeling that pain but if you, when you do, do your best to not feel it ever again by making the “right” choices to avoid pain.
