You Are Not Alone
When we lost our Mom, it put me over the edge of what I call “mental Hell” I suffered visual and auditorial hallucinations along with the devastation of losing our Mom. and anger, fear and feelings of abandonment.I was so mad at God that he took my Mom away from me and us.Its been three years now since her passing away. I finally swallowed my pride during these past 3 years and I finally was able to reach out to get appropriate help.Individualized therapy through a Liscenced Pchycologist A Psychiatrist and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy in a group setting. As well as my individualized soul searching and finding my place in this world. And Lots of Prayer. My mom was my best advocate for me when it came to my health and I was dissappointed when God took her to what I believe to be Paradise. Anyways, it still hurts that she is gone and I get to move forward now, thankfully through the help of my Team of doctors. (Psychotherapist, Psychiatrist, And God as my Higher Power) One day at a time. Thank you!!!! All of You!!!
