Doing Much Better
I have found that I am very sensitive to the time I take my med’s. I have found that my anti psychotic med’s work best when I take them at 2 a.m. Daylight Saving time. when the clocks change I take them at 1 a.m. Standard time. The rest of my med’s I take on every 6 hours per day after my 2 a.m. med’s. I am taking med’s at 2 a.m., 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. like clock work. I feel like I am on the verge of completely controlling my illness with the combination of med’s that I take. I also take antidepressant med’s and anti anxiety med’s as well. My doctor tells me that it doesn’t matter what time I take my med’s as this is not how they are designed to work. I have found him to be very wrong when it comes to this. I feel like the time the med’s hit my system makes a big difference and I believe it has something to do with my bodies biological clock. Anybody else ever have found that the time of day the med’s hit your system would be interesting for me to here.
