I have been battling depression through dysphoria for many years and am learning to shun the thoughts that have gripped me for so many years, albeit slowly. I just wanted to include the picture that was taken recently. That person, like so many others we see everyday, hides the true self-perception where the fear of isolation and worry dominate.
