“Martha Mitchell Effect”

For those who don’t know what the Martha Mitchell Effect is, it is the systematic abuse of misdiagnoses of a mental illness for a punitive purpose or cover-up.

My story involves the Martha Mitchell Effect to manipulate and embezzle my grandfather’s estate. By eliminating my child so my grandfather’s stipulation making me fiduciary executor didn’t go into effect. I discovered my signature forged on a Non-Paternity Affidavit for the child my wife and I had. The attorney for the Registry of Vital Records told me if I pursue this the D.M.H will make me mentally ill, stating once you are labeled mentally ill no one will listen to you, especially your complaints.

At the time I thought her comment was ridiculous, what I later found out is she wasn’t joking. As I tried filing complaints the family court Judge who controls my grandfather’s estate gave me a Restraining Order with no evidence. Then I was arrested saying I violated the Restraining Order from a “blocked phone call”. I was immediately sent to the D.M.H where they threatened me of a “dark future” suffocating me with their medical opinions until I shut my mouth about the Fabrications. I refused and now have come face to face on what it is like to be diagnosed with a mental illness.

When you are diagnosed with a mental illness it is like having a voice in the wilderness. No one takes you seriously and you are immediately discredited, even when there is merit to your complaints. Never in my life have been so powerless, felt so hopeless, while feeling voiceless.
