I am a 67 retired librarian with bipolar disorder 2 with psychotic symptoms.  I had been making progress in my recovery until COVID hit and now I am in a  depression and too scared to go out and shop in large stores like Longs Drugs and Safeway for fear of contracting the virus.  I do have some one shopping for me but I feel frozen in my depression.  Any ideas of how to deal with this?  Isolation doesn’t seem to work with even handivan drivers getting sick. I also overeat and this affects my wallet and my health–can’t find a way to stop
