I am a family member of a adult currently waiting bed at Montgomery County Jail Ohio here he is been stuck in and out since 2013 , now he is about to be transferred to Cincinnati mental health hospital, but apparently there is no available beds now, so he has to remain indefinitely in county jail where his condition is exacerbating , he went trough this all the time in this county jail, he suffers from a form of high functioning autism and no formal diagnosis has been done due to his multiple encounters with law enforcement since early age, for not receiving treatment and diagnosis on time and or when requested by family, he has multiple forensic evaluations while in county jail, herein determines an unspecified mental condition and or schizophrenia, any way a treatment for him it seems not considered by authorities.

We urge compassion on him he is 27 years old already and has been into system since 14 years old in and out with out minimum care from our mental health system.
